Product Overview

Straight-cut fries produced from processing-grade potatoes selected for fry quality. Cut to a nominal 9mm width, blanched, dried, optionally par-fried, then IQF frozen to preserve texture.

  • Processing: Peel → Cut → Blanch → Surface dry → Par-fry (optional) → IQF → Pack
