Product Overview

IQF thin-cut shoestring fries made from premium McCain potatoes, individually quick frozen (IQF) for freshness and quality. Produced from selected potatoes from Hebei and Inner Mongolia.

  • Processing: Peel → Cut → Blanch → Dehydrate → Par-fry → IQF Freeze → Pack
  • Shelf life: 24 months at -18°C
  • Packaging: 1kg PE inner bag × 10/carton (10kg net)
